If you need to return a product, we want to make the process as simple and efficient as possible for you. Please follow the steps below to initiate and complete the return process.

Step 1: Sign in with your email address

To initiate the return process, please log in to your customer account using the email address used when placing your order. You will receive a code at this address, which will be used as a password for authentication.

Step 2: Access the order details for return

After successfully logging in, access the "Orders" section to identify the order you wish to return.

 

Step 3: Click the "Request a Return" button

In the upper right corner of the order page, you will see a button titled "Request a Return." Click this button.

Step 4: Select the items and reason for return

On the returns page, check the box next to the item you want to return and choose the reason for the return from the drop-down menu.

Lingerie, bikini swimwear and bodysuits that have been opened from their original packaging are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Step 5: Confirm the return

Click the "Request Return" button to complete the return process.

Step 7: Wait for confirmation and return instructions

After you have requested the return, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or on the website. This will include:

• Detailed instructions on the return process.
• An AWB (parcel tracking number) for the return shipment.

Note : Returns are free and can be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

Follow the instructions you received to send the item back.

Make sure you package the product properly and attach the AWB provided to facilitate the return process.

When the product arrives back to us, you will be contacted to send us your IBAN, and your money will be returned to you.
