How do I return a product?

If you have any doubts about your products, don't worry, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return them. If our product does not meet your expectations, we will accept it back.

The return is free and must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

The returned product must be in perfect condition, without signs of wear, and in the original packaging.

The refund is made exclusively by bank transfer, after the product reaches us and you provide us with the IBAN.

  4. Select items: Check the items for return and the reasons.
